When something really great happens, its very hard not to share it. For the past several years I have been having a lot of sleeping problems where I don't get the proper sleep, called sleep apnea.
This affects many people... Some who don't even know it.
For almost a year I have been using the Aroga Worldwide Sleep holograms and I absolutely love them. Even with them really helping me, I still snore a bit and experience issues that I have had for years. I just had a sleep study done and was determined that I needed to have a CPAP machine. I set up to record my sleeping and decided to try something. Immediately I noticed a better night sleep with the machine but still was having some events happen... such as waking up not breathing a couple times during the night.
The first screenshot here shows a sleep score of 77 and shows that I had 1.5 events average every hour occur. I also wasn't able to sleep as much as I'd like to have. This was recorded from the night of July 3rd. I did NOT use a sleep hologram on my forehead.

The second screenshot shows my sleep pattern from last night with a score of 89. The difference is that it shows that I had ZERO events and that I slept longer with no apparent interruption or event where I stopped breathing. Last Night I was wearing a sleep hologram on my forehead. I also noticed when I woke up I felt amazing and totally different from any other time I have woken up. Totally amazed right now! My sleep doctor called me to bring this to my attention and I was shocked as we went over the results.

If you or someone you know is suffering from a lack of sleep and rest... perhaps I have something that can and just might help them in a way never before experienced.
